Amazing group of women who came to our second event!
This past June, SheGrows Club hosted its second event, and it was a fantastic blend of inspiration, practical knowledge, and community connection! Organized by Rianda and Kim (stepping in while Zanet was away), this gathering marked a special milestone as it was the first event with Kim officially joining the SheGrows team.
The event brought together driven women in a warm and welcoming space, offering not just a chance to connect, but also to grow through valuable insights and practical workshops. Our attendees enjoyed delicious coffee and cake, thanks to a fantastic deal we arranged with a local café.
A Holistic Approach to Well-being with Keola
One of the highlights was a powerful presentation by Keola, a Toegepast Psycholoog BSc, Coach, and Trainer, who shared her expertise on preventing burnout and embracing a holistic approach to mindfulness and recovery.
Keola’s philosophy centers on healing the whole self - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her insights encouraged attendees to explore practical ways to rebalance their lives and protect their well-being in today’s fast-paced world.
She also introduced her programs designed to help individuals heal their inner child and find lasting balance. For those curious about diving deeper into her offerings, Keola provides one-on-one coaching, workshops, and even a podcast (in Dutch) to further explore these transformative topics.
SEO Made Simple with Kim from Ellavance
The second part of the event was a workshop led by Kim, the founder of Ellavance, a social media agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive online.
Kim’s workshop focused on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), an essential skill for anyone looking to boost their online presence.
From keyword research to content optimization, Kim ensured the session was interactive and tailored to the needs of the group. Attendees left with the confidence and clarity on how to make their businesses more visible online on social media.
Not to forget, Eosy’s decorations added the perfect touch of charm and coziness to the tables, making the whole vibe even better.
This was also the first time we ran an event in Dutch, which made it extra special for our local attendees. All in all, it was a day full of learning, laughing, and growing.
